Most of our orders ship out within one to two business days. If you’ve got a specific deadline, just let us know! You can always reach out, or choose expedited shipping at checkout. We know you're excited to get your hands on your new rope, and we’re equally excited to get it to you. But before you start tracking your package like a hawk, let’s set the record straight: we’re a small, passionate business, not a shipping juggernaut with a fleet of drones. Cutting rope requires a detailed, process. So we appreciate your patience.

In the event that an item is backordered, you will be promptly notified and presented with the best options to proceed with the order. Many times we have a suitable alternative in a different color or brand.

Occasionally, packages might take a little detour during shipping. If your order seems to be taking an unusually long time, give us a shout. We’re here to help sort things out and make sure you get your goodies.

Deliveries and destinations requiring a lift gate, please notify us after placing your order.

When it comes to getting your order delivered, timing is everything! Here's the scoop:

We offer a range of shipping options to suit your needs. From standard ground delivery (because sometimes patience is a virtue) to expedited (for those “I need it yesterday” moments), we’ve got you covered. Just pick the option that fits your timeline best:

Super Saver: Most cost-effective shipping option, but often the most slowest (think the turtle and the hare).

UPS Ground Saver: Hybrid service - Leaves with UPS, then handed off to USPS. This method is typically slower than UPS Ground, with an additional day or two for delivery.


UPS Ground: This is your go-to for standard delivery, a reliable choice for non-urgent shipments. It takes the scenic route, typically arriving within 1-5 business days, depending on the distance. It’s a great balance between cost and delivery time, ideal if you’re not in a rush.

Expedited Options: Need it there faster? Expedited shipping options like Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and 3-Day Select put your package in the express lane. These services prioritize speed and arrive within 1-3 days. Perfect for time-sensitive deliveries where every hour counts.

Orders are processed Monday-Friday, 9AM to 4PM EST. Orders placed outside of these hours will not be processed until the next business day. Orders placed after 4:00pm EST on Friday, will be processed on Monday, except in the event of a holiday in which the fulfillment center is closed. ROPE.com facilities are closed on weekends. Once orders are in the possession of the carrier, we have no control over it.

If your order has been processed for shipping, or has shipped, we can not cancel your order. You can refuse the delivery, and your order will be subject to our return policy. In the event there is a credit card authorization issue, the order will be put on hold and you will be notified immediately.

**All international orders that require additional duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and based on the destination country’s tariffs.
